mark reported body and the others in meeting

this pr marks the reported body with a megaphone of its own, other bodies that died that round beside cleaned ones get the dead body marker

This is neat, but maybe make it toggleable for folks that don't want the game to do this much work for the players? Memory is kind of an important part of the gameplay, after all.

yeah perhaps, though I dont see this thing in particular being something thats like memory important since you only get to see the reported body and body list for like 3 sec each
