A simple, text-based auction plugin.

On our server, we used Auctions by Sainttx, until it went out of date in 1.12. We have attempted to make a similar version for 1.12+. The commands & functionality are based off of Auctions. The messages are similar to floAuction which we used in the past. We did not take any code from Auctions or floAuction.
You may use this on your server and fork it if you'd like, but please do not claim this as your own.
