Bugfixes
- #13 was fixed (filegarden links are now downloaded properly), and a test for it was added.
- The MIME type is used to determine the file extension if no extension exists for a given URL.
- A workaround was added for a problem in which sprites sometimes don't appear until they've finished talking.
