Added new page for viewing and interacting with bidirectional map data. The intent here is to provide a foundation for user based map interactions to then drill down into specific location and single event analyses.
Map data is currently loaded from s3 stemming from here: https://fema-ffrd.github.io/stac-browser/#/external/duwamish-pilot.s3.amazonaws.com/stac/Duwamish_SST.json?.language=en&.asset=asset-subbasin-geojson
Selections from the map (polygons, points, or lines) are then returned to the user below to display the GeoDataFrame contents.
