If the alert for contract creation is high:
it will cluster the contract address and contract creator address, and try to merge that cluster with an existing cluster in memory.
Then it also adds the sender address to that cluster if
CLUSTER_SENDERis true and the sender is different from the contract creator.It returns a finding if the cluster is created.
