- Download & Install docker
- Download & Install docker-compose
- Copy all files from here into a directory (/root is used by default)
- Edit server.cfg and replace the IP address for sv_downloadurl
- Edit docker-compose.yml and fill in password for RCON
- Create a directory css-htdocs with 777 permissions
- Run "docker-compose up"
- Connect to :27015 for css
- Connect to :9987 for ts3
- Use the token from log output to identify as root in ts3
