a gst plugin

this plugin is used to write the data into a shmem, then have bebo-gst-capture picks up from the shmem.

build with Debug / Release, x64 x64/{Release|Debug} is where the output of the .dll lives, copy the libgstbebod3dvideosink.dll to C:\gstreamer\1.0\x86_64\lib\gstreamer-1.0

to test:

 gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! video/x-raw,framerate=30/1,width=1280,height=720 ! bebod3dvideosink
