Idea:

• Add new vouchers functionality (multiple vouchers, expiration status)
• Add vouchers page
• Fix message with voucher submit on account change

Hooks:

• Add useVouchers and useVoucherStatus hooks
• Add useApproxBlockTimestamp hook
• useVoucher hook is now using api.voucher.getDetails call
• Deprecate useVoucherBalance

UI:

• Add the ability to pass options as a child to Select component
• Fix FileInput rerender on mount
