Reorder Entwatch Configs

This pull request updates all entwatch configs and reorders how items are listed. With the upcoming HUD and tracking update from tilgep, a benefit would be the control over how items are displayed.

The main order for items in this pull request goes as follows:

1. The core human items (e.g. earth/wind/fire)
2. Human side items (potions, one-time use items, triggers)
3. Zombie items
