Problème : lors de la demande de synchronisation des services à la modification d'un modèle, les nouveaux champs de formulaire externe du lien et de l'intitulé du lien, pour l'accompagnateur et pour le bénéficiaire, n'étaient pas mis à jour.
Solution : ajout de ces champs dans la liste des champs à synchroniser.
