A Blockchain event listener Actor.

This PR introduces a Blockchain event listener actor that utilizes the sol! macro from the alloy-rs crate to parse Solidity events into Rust structs. These structs allow for dynamic log decoding, making it easy to extract and process relevant events from the blockchain.

• Contract manager can listen to multiple contracts
• Each Event Listener can be configured to listen to any event by providing the event struct that is supposed to be listened to.
• Each event can also be processed separately if required by implementing the process method from the ContractEvent trait.
• The async handling of the event listener is managed in each actor's context by using actor futures to avoid decoupling and having actix manage it.

Whats left?
The Decoded event from the log needs to be converted into an Enclave Event type and sent to the bus.
