feat: Sonar plugin

1. Started from Integration as a sonar page #12
2. Also included commit adb2b49

Issues fixed:

• fixes Update the App.vue to show a basic Greensight dashboard structure  #2
• fixes Integration as a Sonar Page #3

Current state:

A plugin including a dashboard with fake data (available with mvn clean package).

Next work:

• I could work on Add a first metrics vuex/pinia actions to feed the widgets #26 but I would need some idea of the code architecture that is planned. Update the App.vue to show a basic Greensight dashboard structure  #2 refers to the Greensight plugin but as far as I know this plugin is not open-source.
• Make the Greensight components included in StoryBook.

Note:
It would help to state clearly in README.md that the ecoCode-dashboard project has just begun and almost none of the goals described in the README have actually been achieved yet.
