Support casting models from one xDSML to a derived xDSML in a GTSMorpher script.

Todo:

  • Add basic syntax
  • Add validations
  • Add model derivation
  • Add support for exporting derived model as file
  • Add support for inferred source GTS

Eventually will close #47 .
