Using the alignments generated via ncbi blastp instead of the hssp files changes the output, hence why the golden data had to be updated. Also the blast files are uploaded here because the actions does not seem to have internet access. |

whiscy_setup.pyto properly activate a fallback routine of generating the MSA using blastp (via ncbi) if the HSSP files are not available remotely
