• LightDM GTK Greeter now uses (hacky) CSS styling for login window/dialog instead using image asset, and another hacky way to use 'RGBA' border in panel (light panel variant)

GNOME shell 3.32 support and more

• GNOME 3.32 support is enabled (shell theme already support 3.32 but it installs 3.30 version, previously) also fix some remaining bugs/glitches in Shell 3.32
• Add Nautilus 3.32 styling without breaking 3.30 styling
• Fix text in hover/pressed panel buttons in Xfce4, also remove text-shadow in Xfce4-gtk3 panel applets
