Changes:

  1. Updates the Base container image as ghcr.io/insightsengineering/rstudio:2024.10.15
  2. Update the renv.lock files with BioC version 3.19 and R version 4.4.1 which is the version available in the container.

Note that right now the deployments might still fail because I did not update the lock file with stable BioC package versions.
