…tive links The previous behaviour was to always create absolute links. This was not always practical. This change adds the possibility to choose between absolute and relative symlinks. The default is still to create absolute links. In both cases the existence of the target is verified beforehand.

While working on the GitLab CI for something else, I ran into the same problem as #188.
This pull request adds the possibility to choose between absolute and relative symlinks for 'ipbb add symlink'.
