Water deprivation started the day before. I forgot to change the cage, mice are not much lighter. Let him watch GO stimulus with water reward (no lick detection). He is obviously not giving attention to the screen but take the water we give.

Go trial only with water always without licking detection Mouse going for it.

We introduce the need to lick to trigger the water Mouse got it! It obviously understood it needed to lick to get the water.

We add no go with air puff. Lost trial 1 (Matlab crashed) Trial 2 ok. Mouse does not seem so interested anymore. -> 1000s of behavior is long enough

Made a mistake. Go trials were ALWAYS rewarded during trial 1. Trial 2 is ok.

full imaging experiment with mouse doing Go/No go task (before only behavior) + mapping Trial 1 - Go/No go + Calcium + behavior + licking + movement - 1800 s Trial 2 - Vertical bars 300 s Trial 3 - Horizontal bars - 300 s Behavior was recorded for all trials.

We spend some time improving our protocol with other mice. And resume learning with this mouse

Trial 1 - 30 min Go+No go - 100% contrast do not record behavior and calcium movie. The goal is to get to good performance and record contrast varying experiment
