This repository contains file resources for the BEL Framework.
The contents of this repository are mirrored to http://resource.belframework.org/belframework/1.0.
The content consists of:
- BEL Namespaces
- Captures the domain of a single ontology (SwissProt, EntrezGene, ChEBI, etc.).
- BEL Equivalences
- Captures the identifiers of a namespace that can be used to draw equivalences across ontologies.
- BEL Annotations
- Captures the domain of a biological context (CellLine, Tissue, Species, etc.)
- BEL Resources
- Holds the BEL documents necessary for phase III of the compiler process.
- BEL Knowledge
- Holds example BEL documents that are ready to compile.
