In short: finds proper nickname in group chats and fixes broken auth groups for group chats.
Auth groups didn't work in jabber Group chats since find_by_nickname was not working and it wasn't ever able to find the user.
I looked into lita-hipchat's callback and fixed this one. I checked user_data it's processing and it seem to be correct now.
