Added extra query and mapping types

mapping

boolean and float types are added to allow mapping of these types of data.

query

not query is added to exclude data from the query.

This library is now compiled using kaliberjs/pack (https://github.com/kaliberjs/pack) so that it can be used node and by webpack-compiled project. It should be backward compatible (and tested the functionality in multiple projects), but just to be sure, we have treated this change as a major release
