New `clamp` argument

Minor changes

• You can now pass the clamp argument to onScrollProgression
• The clamp argument passed to useScrollProgression is now actually respected

Patches

• The React hook wraps the trigger objects, to make sure they are stable and don't cause any unnecessary useEffect triggers
