kaplayjs#331 / kaplayjs#335 implemented the panning but I just noticed that if the audio is paused/stopped/seeked the audio will stop going through the pan node

#331 / #335 implemented the panning but I just noticed that if the audio is paused/stopped/seeked the audio will stop going through the pan node, this PR fixes that.
