Goal: The MVP is a platform with a storefront from which customers can buy a subscription for a GeoNode and/or GeoServer instance. The MVP platform must have the following features broken down per team and some aspects will be done manually.

Development Team:

• Django storefront that works for two products GeoNode and GeoServer.
• Login and full profile for each customer
  -Payment portal working
• a controller that automatically triggers the build of the product subscription and automatically sends subscription
  details (no need for removal yet that can be manual for now and implemented after MVP)
• T’s and C’s agreement check box dialogue before payment.

DevOps Team

• Variants of the GeoNode and Geoserver subscriptions are ready to be triggered by the controller.
• infrastructure in place to support the GeoSptatial hosting platform

Marketing Team

• Marketing Plan for the GeoSpatialHosting platform
• Marketing videos for GeoNode and GeoServer (these must be added to the site)
• Marketing Pamphlets for GeoNode and GeoServer (these must be added to the site)
• Review that the dev site adheres to the design rules and UI/UX and Give feedback (interface with dev)

Admin Team

• Draft the legal and disclaimer agreement that the user agrees to (i.e T’s and C’s)
• SLA for the products GeoNode and Geoserver
• Payment administration

Testing team

• Automated site testing
• usability testing (interface with def)

Documentation Team:

• document the site

PM Team

• Planning, ticket creating, and review
• Review that the dev site adheres to the design rules and UI/UX and usability and give feedback (interface with dev)
• Bring together the work from each team and ensure all aspects of the big picture are being actioned.
