create dashboard from analysis

I cant run an analysis on local host so i just made the button manually available but it will be disabled until the analysis results are available

Done:

1. created user analysis model and view and url and tests
2. user analysis store on frontend and displaying the analysis results on the analysis page
3. create the save dashboard store
4. created the dashboard model and view and url and tests
