See comment [main] Upgrade to latest dependencies #15656 (comment) for the reason of this PR.
If we move with Drop k8s v1.28 from kind testing and update cluster version to 1.30 in e2e #15655 and Update k8s min and deps to 1.30 pkg#3124 we dont need this PR. In the meantime we have PRs failing.
