Description of the dataset and variables
This dataset contains 400 observations with 25 different variable, including: age, blood pressure, specific gravity, albumin, sugar, red blood cells, pus cell, pus cell clumps, bacteria, blood glucose random, blood urea, serum creatinine, sodium, potassium, hemoglobin, packed cell volume, white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, appetite, pedal edema, anemia, class. All were collected between a 2 month period.

Clone the repository via git clone
Generate the final report In the terminal
Run
make
Remove all files generated running make In the terminal
Run
make clean
To access the Docker image from Dockerhub
Go to https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/kohguma/ckd_docker/general and to push a new tag you can
docker push kohguma/ckd_docker:tagname
on the terminal, but idk why you would.
Technically you can run
docker pull kohguma/ckd_docker
To run the Docker container and make the final report:
Run
make final_report/chronic_kidney_module5.html
This was all build under a MacOs/Linux system btw
