Second beta release. Changes from the previous version:

Added - Humidity set point
Added - Dehumidification set point
Added - Fan status

Fixed - detection of connectivity issues and relogging after 5 failed attempts to communicate with the device.
Improved - error handling.

Additional ground work for future channel updates and improvements, code clean-up.
