RESMER-261: The RR_SubawardBudget10_10_1_3 Form PDF Preview from KC d…

…oes not display all the details even-though this information is entered in the uploaded RR_Budget10_1_3_A-V1.3 Form.

            The following information is not populating the KC Generated form:

                 - Section A. Senior/Key Person - following fields: Base Salary, Cal. Months, Acad. Months, Sum. Months, Requested Salary ($), Fringe Benefits ($), Funds Requested ($) for each individual listed
                 - Section B. Other Personnel - following fields: Cal. Months, Acad. Months, Sum. Months, Requested Salary ($), Fringe Benefits ($), Funds Requested ($) for each individual listed
                 - Section F. Other Direct Costs - anything that is added under Other (i.e. lines 8-10) on the uploaded Subaward Budget forms also does not appear on the KC generated form
                 - Section K. Budget Justification - The file name and mime type for the Budget Justification does not populate the form even though the Budget Justification is uploaded and attached to the form
                 - The Cumulative Budget Form is missing the detailed breakdown as well along with the Subtotals for Sections C, D, E, and F
                 - The form Expiration Date in incorrect. It should be 06/30/2016

            Attached is the RR_Budget10_1_3_A-V1.3 Form uploaded in the Subaward Budget Section.

            (I'm not sure if this is helpful, but there were Jiras: KRACOEUS-8003 and COEUSQA-4087 with this same problem but for the RR_SubawardBudget10_30_1_3 Form).

            Steps to Reproduce:

            # Create a new proposal with basic info to save (With start and end dates that include period 7/1/2015-6/30/2016)
            # Create a new, detailed budget
            # Enter a single non-personnel line item for M&S
            # Go to Subaward section. Enter subaward uploading attached RR_Budget10_1_3_A-V1.3 file
            # Save
            #  Naviagte to Basics -> S2S Opportunity Search -> Forms Tab
            # Check the Select checkbox for RR_SubawardBudget10_10_1_3 From
            # Click the [Create PDF] button

            You will see the fields listed above are unpopulated
