changed command checks to command default permissions so users without permissions wont be able to see admin commands at atll instead of the interaction just hanging

• level-role system
• staff can set custom parameters for point awards, and assign custom role rewards
• users can check their current point total and level by doing /get_level or /get_leaderboard
• default command permissions set up so @everyone cannot mess up your server
• command to give role X to all members of role Y
• /devmessage command allows users to send anonymous messages or suggestions
