removing my apps (kindaVim, Wooshy, Scrolla) coz mackup stopped working with them

• It has been REMOVED to the list of supported applications in the README

@lra really sorry that i have to pull out my apps from Mackup. i've used Mackup for ages and i love it but it doesn't seem to be reliable (anymore?) when it comes to .plists so i decided that the best was to pull them out, and create my own sync mechanism. hope this can be merged in the next release :))
