山东大学威海软件工程课程大作业。 一个流浪猫狗领养救助平台管理系统。 前端Vue，后端Django，为了方便放在了一起，项目管理烂成一坨。 有些功能没来得及实现，比如存储用户提供的图片到数据库，现在只能用图片url。 前端页面纯纯手撸，有很多不足的地方。
