chore: Disable automatic updates in iStat menus (#62)

- set UpdateCheckerAutomaticDisabled and UpdateCheckerDisabled to true so iStat won't keep bugging me about upgrading to iStat Menus 7 - also set UpdateCheckerSkipBuild to 2000 and UpdateCheckerSkipBuild to 7.02
