Fixed swapped description of two patterns

I think descriptions for Same Function Less Args and Same Function More Args are swapped based on their examples. In the less args pattern, it says

A developer can forget to specify one of the arguments and not realize it if the code still compiles due to function overloading.

but in its example, you have to remove an argument to fix the bug.
