Could potentially help adding support for M1 and Catalyst, see mavlink/MAVSDK-Swift#190 and mavlink/MAVSDK-Python#319.
Important note: this adds the ios toolchain to the cache key, such that when the toolchain file changes, the third_party deps are rebuilt with that new toolchain.
