The Express application generator doesn't get regularly updated, and some of the dependencies are pretty out of date/have security issues.
I wasn't going to update this because keeping the project close to what users see when they create a project better, but the worked project was already out of sync. So what this does is uses this as an opportunity to explain that you should update the versions regularly.
