update time dependency

Update time crate to work with Rust 1.80.

It's currently impossible to build our package.
Yes, I could patch the build pulling from this pull request but, this is a short-lived solution.

I'm considering removing the package from the source tree, at least it would save non-productive cycles on the building machines.

Fixed with release v0.6.2. I didn't anticipate that so many people would use this tool, which was just a hobby project I started years ago. Glad to see people finding it useful. I'll be back to regular updates in a while. That said, if any of you are willing to co-maintain the package, just for crucial updates like this one, you can comment here.
