Add compatibility support for SUPEE-6788
Mgt_Base will still work in defining the router, but it is still good to follow standard.
use Mgt_DeleteOrders instead of Mgt_Base

Made DeleteOrders compatible with SUPEE-6788, bumped the version to 1.06 and added modman support.
