Lagom precompiled firmware for Pro Micro

Two options for precompiled firmware for Pro Micro Lagom builds:

• sthlmkb_lagom_vial-wpmhud.hex supports vial and and has a WPM graph on the OLED
• sthlmkb_lagom_bongocat.hex does not have vial support but has a bongocat on OLED
