GO2 Robot Vision Head is an open-source vision-centric GO2 Robot head design. The design currently accommodates dual Intel RealSense D455f depth cameras.
This project is under development. The follwing remain to be completed:
- Implement screw connections and heat-set insert mounting points
- Optimize front plate design for improved cable management
- Evaluate potential integration of RealSense D405 for object avoidance
- Add mounting solution for Single Board Computer (Raspberry Pi form factor) behind the front plate
- Develop ROS2 vision processing node
- Implement camera data publishers
- Establish basic object detection capabilities
- Camera calibration & alignment
