v1.2 still using Ant and ant-salesforce.jar

This is probably the last feature release of vim-force.com based on Ant and ant-salesforce.jar
Future "ant" releases will most likely be bugfixes only.
All new features will be based on https://github.com/neowit/tooling-force.com
