2. Design decision: Clean-up of Connect interface? #702

   • cannot supply weight and delay for whole GIDCollections
   • default values should be implemented at the lowest level possible (C++)
     • not build python wrapper for single c++ function
     • probably can drop the first versions, most things will look the same
     • maintenence of all the functions just for "explorative scripts" connecting single neurons is not necessary
   • DECISION: discard single gid versions of commands

3. Review of NEST User Mailing List

   • NEST on Windows (Microsoft is currently beta-testing a "bash" under windows (inverse of wine)), needs to be added to the installation docs
   • all other questions handled and/or corresponding people notified
