Maintenance release

So this is a minor maintenance release which brings the following:

• GUI: Improve default window size by allowing scrollbars in vCard configuration
• Move to FreeSimpleGUI toolkit (PySimlpeGUI has become open source hostile it seems)
• Fix bad syntax in config file made segno-ui crash
• Add automatic linter tests
• Linter fixes

First public release

This is the first public release of Segno UI.

Includes a Windows 7+ x86 prebuilt binary for easier usage.
