fix: Show full template name

Summary

After discussion with @marcoambrosini we came to the conclusion that showing the full name for templates seems more reasonable. There may be different templates with similar names like shown in the screenshots where it is otherwise hard to tell which to pick:

• Code is properly formatted
• Sign-off message is added to all commits
• Tests (unit, integration, api and/or acceptance) are included
• Screenshots before/after for front-end changes
• Documentation (manuals or wiki) has been updated or is not required
• Backports requested where applicable (ex: critical bugfixes)
