While at it, introduced specific env variables for built-in dynamic modules versions, as they can differ from the main nginx binary packages.

Proposed changes
This PR bumps nginx and njs to current versions. Additionally, introduces a way to specify different dynamic modules release versions to match what's published in the repos.
