Http url syntax

This is an easy shortcut for developers because you don't have to deal with the complex disableSomething option, just write the good URL for your need. Fallback to XHRpolling still works, for both URL syntax.

Under chromium linux I get:

Wrong url scheme for WebSocket http://localhost:8080/bullet

Same with luakit.

I tried the clock example and it worked for me. I had to do switch deps/bullet to the current version of bullet instead of the one loaded from github by rebar and to do a full refresh of the page to get the current javascript of the example loaded.
