Remove online layers from the QGreenland Custom QGIS plugin manifest. Once support for online layers is added to the plugin, online layers will be re-added to the manifest file.
Add metadata.txt with layer information to layer data directory. This allows users who are not using the QGreenland project to access e.g., the layer's abstract and citation information.
