This is the first cut. I've got it working as a nightly cron job.

There are a few things that should be done here, and some things that maybe can
be improved later.

Now:

docs on setting up the credentials
docs on running manually
docs on setting up the cron job

Later:

various code quality issues flagged as TODO in the code
