  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the 'Bad credentials' error that was occurring in the 'Lock Threads' GitHub Action. The error was due to the use of an invalid or unset GitHub token.

• Modified the .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml file to use the GITHUB_TOKEN secret instead of the BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret for the 'Lock Threads' GitHub Action.
• This change ensures that a valid GitHub token is used by the action, which should resolve the 'Bad credentials' error.
