I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue with the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The issue was identified to be in the ".github/workflows/lock-issue.yml" file where the "dessant/lock-threads@v4" action was being provided with an incorrect or missing GitHub token.
The fix involved modifying the "github-token" parameter in the "with" section of the "dessant/lock-threads@v4" action to reference the correct secret.
Summary of Changes
Please note that for this fix to work, the correct GitHub token needs to be stored as a secret named "GITHUB_TOKEN" in the repository settings. This is not a change that can be made through this PR and needs to be done manually in the repository settings.
